Visio Standard is intended for everyday business diagramming. It does not include the advanced IT network software database and engineering templates or data-linking capabilities found in Visio Professional. Select your preferred version: Visio 2016 2019 2021 or 2024. The 2024 edition is the newest version and the recommended choice for most buyers. It receives security updates until October 2029. Support for Visio 2016 and 2019 ended in October 2025 while Visio 2021 support ended in October 2026. These older editions no longer receive security updates and are best considered for compatibility with existing files and systems.

Every option uses the New perpetual licence type. This is a one-time purchase for one Windows PC with no subscription. Microsoft 365 cloud services are not included.
