Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Windows OEM

Description

Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Windows is a perpetual desktop edition of Acrobat Pro released in 2020. It is intended for one user who needs to match an existing installation or workflow. The OEM licence is non-subscription and does not expire. Adobe stopped selling new Acrobat 2020 licences in 2025, so this product is intended for buyers who have a clear reason to use the 2020 release rather than people seeking a newly supported installation. Review the support status and system requirements before ordering.

Key features

• Create: Build PDF files from documents and other supported content, then edit text and images within a PDF.
• Organise: Rearrange and manage PDF pages to keep reports, forms and other documents in the right order.
• Export: Convert PDF content to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats for further editing or reuse.
• Recognise: Use OCR to turn scanned paper documents into editable and searchable PDFs, so text can be found and reused.
• Compare: Check two PDF files against each other to identify differences between document versions.
• Redact: Remove sensitive content from PDFs before sharing.
• Complete: Fill in forms, sign documents and protect PDF files with a password.

Benefits

• Predictable licensing: The one-user perpetual licence does not expire and has no subscription.
• Established workflow: Keep using the 2020 desktop release when a workplace process or existing installation specifically calls for this edition.
• Document control: Bring editing, page organisation, comparison, redaction and password protection together in one PDF application.
• Paper conversion: OCR helps make scanned documents searchable and editable instead of leaving their content as images alone.
• Clear limitations: The licence remains valid, but Adobe will provide no further updates or fixes.

Who it is for

This edition is for buyers who specifically need Acrobat Pro 2020 for Windows, for example to match an existing installation or workflow. It is not the recommended choice for a new installation or for anyone who depends on ongoing security updates. Adobe ended support for Acrobat 2020 on 30 November 2025. Since then it provides no technical support or security updates. This is an important limitation to consider before purchase.

For new installations and users who need security updates, choose Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Acrobat Standard with a 1-year subscription. Both are available at TresBizz.
