Description
Capture the screen with ease
A colleague cannot find a setting. A customer describes an error vaguely. A new starter needs a walkthrough. In each case a clear screen capture solves it faster than typing. Ashampoo Snap Pro 26 grabs the screen, lets you annotate it and passes it on in moments. It suits office staff, trainers and support teams.
Irish customers can order the program from TresBizz, with a genuine licence delivered by email and priced in euro.
Feature overview
- Still captures and recorded screen video
- Arrows and annotations to draw attention
- Optical character recognition for text in images
- Fast sharing once you are done
- Lifetime use of version 26
You take the shot, add your notes and send it. That is the whole routine.
Everyday uses
Office teams use it to log how a task is done. Trainers use it to produce course notes full of annotated pictures. Support agents use it to illustrate answers with a screenshot or a short clip.
- Admin: record how routine tasks are carried out
- Teaching: prepare illustrated course materials
- Helpdesk: show customers exactly where to click
The text recognition tool saves retyping when the words you need are stuck inside a picture.
Licence and term
You get one licence for a single PC, valid for life. No subscription applies, so there is nothing to renew or cancel. For additional workstations, add more licences to your basket. Activation is meant to take place inside the European Union.
A one-off cost
Many programs today are charged monthly or yearly. This one is bought once. For small businesses, freelancers and departments with tight budgets, that makes costs easy to forecast, and the invoice slots straight into your accounts without recurring entries.

What you need
Per the product information, you need Windows 10 or 11 plus internet access to activate. We do not have other technical details to share.
Tips for your first captures
Once payment is confirmed, your key and download link arrive by email. Install the program on the PC your licence covers and activate it online. After that, a few minutes of practice is all it takes to get comfortable, and because the licence has no end date, there is no renewal to keep track of.
- Take a simple screenshot and add an arrow to the key detail
- Record a short screen video to explain a procedure
- Try text recognition on an image that contains writing
- Share the result with a colleague or customer straight away
Getting started
After your payment clears, your licence key and download link are emailed to you. This normally takes a few minutes and never longer than 24 hours. Download, install, enter the key and you are ready. Delivery is fully digital, so no courier is involved.
