Buy Corel Painter 2020 for Digital Artists in Ireland

Description

A painting studio on your computer

What if your next illustration could start with a familiar brushstroke rather than a blank digital canvas? Corel Painter 2020 brings the character of traditional art materials into software for Windows and macOS. Its brush engine recreates natural-media techniques through realistic brush behaviour, paper textures and colour blending. An illustrator developing a book concept, a student practising visual techniques or a hobby artist exploring new compositions can use the software with either a mouse or a pen tablet. Painter 2020 first appeared in 2019. It remains a useful earlier release, but it is not the latest version of Painter.

The programme combines painting resources with interface and performance changes introduced in the 2020 edition.

• Realistic brushes, natural blending and textured paper surfaces.
• Collections of brushes, gradients, nozzles, patterns and textures for different creative approaches.
• Physics-inspired Particle brushes for more experimental effects.
• Brush Accelerator, which checks the processor, graphics hardware and memory before applying suitable performance settings. It also indicates ways to improve the system.
• GPU acceleration for many brushes, helping supported painting operations make use of graphics hardware.
• Fast and Simple and Fast and Ornate, two new brush groups with 26 brushes altogether.
• Reworked property bars, flyouts and palettes for tools and brushes.
• A compact Brush Selector with previews of individual dabs and complete strokes.
• Colour ramps within sliders and an alternative slider-only layout for the colour panel.

One licence for your chosen device

Choose between the Full version and the Upgrade. The Upgrade is suitable only if you already hold an eligible earlier Painter licence. Both choices provide a perpetual Lifetime licence for one device, rather than a recurring subscription. The available interface languages are English, French, German, Japanese and Traditional Chinese. Select the version that matches your licensing situation before completing your order.
