Description
One creative toolkit for different kinds of projects
A photograph can become a product image, a social media post, a promotional graphic or part of a larger visual presentation. Corel PaintShop Pro 2023 Ultimate gives Windows users the tools to work across these different formats in one software package. Rather than relying on a basic picture editor, you can combine detailed photo adjustments, layered compositions, typography and drawing in a single working environment.
For someone preparing an online catalogue, a community newsletter, a presentation or personal photography projects in Ireland, the range of included features offers room to develop different creative skills. The Ultimate edition also adds several separate applications that extend what you can do beyond conventional photo editing.
From image correction to graphic design
PaintShop Pro 2023 includes a complete set of editing and design functions. You can build layered compositions, apply masks, isolate selected areas, add text and create illustrations using drawing tools. Multiple workspaces provide different ways to approach your work, while AI-based one-click fixes help with straightforward image improvements.
The 2023 release introduces several workflow additions:
- Focus Stacking: Bring several photographs together to create an image with a broader area of sharp focus.
- Frame Tool: Use the enhanced tool to incorporate photographs into framed layouts.
- AfterShot Lab: Make RAW image adjustments within the PaintShop Pro application.
- Blend Mode preview: Inspect blend effects as you make changes rather than waiting until later.
- Snap to Objects: Align objects when arranging graphic elements.
- New from Template: Explore the updated template starting page.
- Refine Brush: Benefit from a tool that is 30% faster.
- Camera support: Use added camera compatibility and RAW support for more than 800 camera models.
Supported everyday image formats include JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, WEBP and PSD.
More than a photo editor
The Ultimate collection brings additional creative applications and resources into the package:
- Painter Essentials 8: Try digital painting with realistic brushes, AI-based image art, cloning art and an extra brush pack.
- PhotoMirage Express: Add movement to a still photograph and produce a short animation for social media.
- Highlight Reel: Let the application assemble selected photos and videos into a slideshow or movie synchronised with music.
- MultiCam Capture 2.0 Lite: Capture your screen and camera video for software demonstrations, lessons or gameplay.
- Typography: Choose from 50 additional modern fonts.
- Sea-to-Sky Workspace: Use dedicated tools for drone and underwater photography.
- Corel Creative Collection: Access brushes, textures and more than 100 backgrounds for your own projects.
