Description
Creative tools for everyday projects
CorelDRAW Essentials 2024 is entry-level graphic design software for Windows. It is intended for occasional users, hobbyists and people who enjoy making their own creative and DIY projects. If you are in Malta and want to prepare an invitation, arrange a photo collage, work on a personal design or experiment with vector artwork, this edition brings useful drawing and image-editing tools together. It is designed for everyday creative tasks rather than users who need a full professional graphic design environment. You can work with shapes, lines, text, colours and photographs on your Windows computer.
Two applications in one package
Your purchase includes CorelDRAW Essentials and Corel PHOTO-PAINT Essentials. CorelDRAW Essentials provides the vector illustration and page layout tools, while PHOTO-PAINT Essentials handles layer-based photo editing. The available features include:
- Vector illustration tools for drawing lines, creating shapes, shaping objects and working with curves.
- Page layout tools for invitations, collages and multi-page documents.
- Rulers, grids and guidelines to help position elements on a page.
- Layer-based photo editing with Corel PHOTO-PAINT Essentials.
- Typography options and text effects for headings and decorative lettering.
- Objects and Object Properties dockers for organising and adjusting design elements.
- Colour swatches and harmonies, transparency settings, patterns and gradients.
- QuickTrace for one-click bitmap-to-vector tracing.
- Hints docker to help users learn how to work with the available features.
Supported image formats include PNG, JPG, HEIF and WebP. WebP support is new in the 2024 edition. Import and export have been enhanced, alongside quality improvements. These options make the software useful for a range of personal graphics and image projects.
