Description

Digital painting for creative work in Malta

Whether you create illustrations at home, develop artwork for a personal project or work on digital images at a dedicated workstation, choosing suitable painting software matters. Corel Painter 2023 is a digital painting application for Windows and macOS, with brushes, colour controls and selection tools for different creative workflows. For buyers in Malta, it offers a desktop software option with a perpetual licence rather than a recurring subscription. You can purchase the full version through TresBizz and receive the licence details electronically.

Brushes and painting tools

Corel Painter 2023 introduces Fluid Paint, a brush technology organised into two categories: Build and Sculpt, and Paint and Blend. The collection contains 25 brushes, providing different ways to build up, shape, apply and blend paint within digital artwork. Paint Opacity controls let you adjust the opacity of your brushwork.

The Fluid Papers collection adds 15 new papers for variation in the digital painting surface. For colour work, the software includes Color Selection brushes and a Color Selection control. The Selection panel includes a selection overlay mode and overlay presets. You can also use a marquee opacity threshold and feather selections up to 2000 px. The Dropper and Paint Bucket tools remember their settings between uses, while Center on Layer provides a way to centre the view on a layer. Performance features include GPU, CPU and NEON acceleration.
