Description
PDF software for busy offices
Law firms in Valletta, audit practices in Birkirkara, iGaming compliance teams in St Julian's and fund administrators across the islands all handle huge volumes of PDFs. Contracts, financial statements, due diligence packs and correspondence with regulators need to be edited, cleaned of personal data and signed. Tungsten Power PDF Advanced 2025, the successor to Kofax Power PDF, is built for exactly that kind of work. If Adobe Acrobat feels too costly, or you simply do not want another subscription, this is a full Windows application with a licence you pay for once. Its Microsoft Office-style ribbon makes the switch easy.
What Advanced adds
On top of everything in Power PDF Standard, you get extra tools for sensitive and high-volume files.
- Create and export: turn almost any file into a PDF, and send any PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint or an image format.
- Review: change text and pictures, and add comments, markups and stamps.
- Redact and lock: remove sensitive content permanently, and apply passwords and security profiles.
- Case numbering: Bates numbering and stamping for court bundles.
- Batch jobs: deal with large sets of documents in one go.
- Fillable forms: text fields, check boxes, drop-down lists and signature fields.
- E-signatures: built-in Tungsten SignDoc workflows.
- Works with your tools: add-ins for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in Microsoft 365, connectors for SharePoint and iManage, and cloud storage such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive.
- Scanning: TWAIN, WIA, ISIS or ScanSnap scanners produce searchable PDFs through text recognition, with PDF/A for long-term archiving.
